I'M 60+ YEARS OLD. HAVE BEEN USING THIS GYM FOR THREE WEEKS NOW AND IT APPEARS TO DO THE TYPE OF TRAINING WANT
FOR WEIGHT LOSS. UNIT IS STURDY IN DESIGN AND HAS AMPLE WEIGHT ADJUSTMENTS FOR A GOOD HOME GYM. ITS LOW HEAD AND
COMPACT DESIGN IS GREAT FOR LIMITED FLOOR AND CEILING HEIGHT. ALTHOUGH THE UNIT IS NOT A COMPLETE HOME GYM, THERE ARE ENOUGH EXERCISES TO SATISFY ALL THE MAJOR MUSCLE GROUPS. VERY SATISFIED WITH ITS PERFORMANCE FOR THE PRICE I

My husband put it together- instructions were easy enough to follow. Gym totally meets our exercise needs and the teenagers next door come over and use it! Very pleased!

Product is OK after some adjustments. The rating is not for product which would get a three star rating but for combo product and service from seller.
Unit is made more for a smaller person - range of movement for exercises is limited but still ok.
However, the unit was shipped with wrong weights and a lat bar that does not fit with the hardware sent. I received proper weights after threatening through Amazon but I have not received the lat bar....over two months. Time to threaten again

I love my gym. My husband is a pretty big guy and it seems small for him, but he is using it. Received product quickly by very friendly carrier. My husband put it together pretty much by himself. I helped a little toward the end. It is so nice not to have to go to leave home.

I like this product because of easy to fit in excercise room that has sauna, eliptical,stationary bike before this addition. Not for really bulking up but more of staying fit and strong. I am 50 so just trying to maintain.
Assembly was for the most part OK. Just do step by step or you will mess up for sure. 3 hours to set up with girlfriend...Overall a nice addition to our fitness room. Good price also at just over 400 dollars.
I recommend this product for sure...
